Good day.

Basicaly I recommend using only vitamins made for dogs like SEPTAFLEX GEL(plaridel). Centrum is made for humans and obviously formulated for humans and not fit for dogs. *I recommend Centrum occasionaly for special cases only.

There is a danger in giving too much vitamins specially the FAT SOLUBLE VITAMINS(vit. A,D,E, K). Too much will only stored in the body and may cause detrimental effects, toxic effects. Too much WATER SOLUBLE VIT.(B.COMPLEX) will only flush out from the body therefore wasting money and effort on your side. VITAMIN C (ASCORBIC ACID) is not needed on normal dogs (unless sick).

In case of muscle building you need amino acids found highly on meats and good dogfoods.
*PLEASE TAKE NOTE. EVEN IF YOU GIVE MORE PROTEIN TO YOUR DOG WHILE SA LAHI NYA AY DI NAMAN SYA PO "HEAVY BUILT BODY" (SHOW TYPE) DI RIN SYA LALAKI OR MAGING MACHO. But youll end up beating his kidney.

I hope this helps. GODBLESS
